Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced results-driven online Sales Expert to be responsible for all online sales job duties on Facebook and Ebay. This individual will work as part of a team to meet department and store objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service RESPONSIBILITES:

• Market products on Facebook/amazon/eBay site, using well-established selling procedures and techniques
• Respond to customers inquiries regarding products, and shipments, ensuring that the right type and amount of information is forwarded
• Pick, pack, label and ship products to the customer, and provide delivery timelines
• Respond to customer complaints regarding service and product quality, aiming to correct issues
• Oversee inventory to ensure product availability, and assess stock situations
• Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner
• Provide customers with detailed information as required
• Handles returns and exchanges in sync with the guidelines provided by the company REQUIREMENTS
• High school degree; Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field would be a plus
• Solid understanding of on-line sales and customer service principles and practices
• 3 years' experience as an eBay sales person
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of, and desire to continually learn about commonly stocked items such that we regularly keep on hand
• Demonstrated selling skills including being able to effectively tell customers about the products we sell
• Able to identify what customers are looking for by listening carefully to what the customer is saying and responding appropriately
• Understanding of how trends in the market change quickly with ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail skills with the ability to stay focused and complete tasks
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Proficient with running a credit card processing machine, cash register, and counting change
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to include proper phone etiquette
• Computer proficiency required
• Basic math skills required
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual preferred WORKING CONDITIONS
• Sales floor and warehouse environment
• Ability to work sitting and/or standing for long periods of time
• Ability to walk up flights of stairs, step ladders, and/or work in confined spaces
• Periodically works near moving mechanical parts and equipment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible shifts that may include weekend, holiday or evening work as needed We will provide training and personal protective equipment as necessary. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
