We are looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Private Events & Sales Manager to lead our birthday parties and private events while delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do

• Drive private event and birthday party sales through tours, phone calls, emails, and follow-up communication.
• Build relationships with families and confidently convert inquiries into bookings.
• Host memorable birthday parties and private events that exceed guest expectations.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and organized experience for children and adults from arrival to departure.
• Lead, coach, and inspire party hosts and event staff to provide five-star service.
• Coordinate every event detail to ensure celebrations run smoothly and on schedule.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Help increase party bookings, guest satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop new ideas and promotions that grow event sales. We're Looking For Someone Who...
• Has experience in hospitality, event sales, family entertainment, hotels, museums, restaurants, or similar industries.
