Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote auto insurance products.
• Conduct client consultations in multiple languages to clearly explain coverage options, policy benefits, and insurance regulations.
• Negotiate policy terms with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up calls, and ongoing client communication.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, quotes, and policy details accurately.
• Stay informed about industry updates such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance regulations to provide compliant advice.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted outreach efforts. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or benefits administration preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful client interactions and closing deals.
• Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language required; fluency in communication skills across diverse audiences is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telemarketing techniques to manage client data effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance products including auto, health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Understanding of insurance regulation compliance such as HIPAA for health-related policies is a plus.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable coverage options while maintaining high standards of customer service.
