• Generate conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
• Identify signs of storm or age-related roof damage
• Coordinate and attend inspections with experienced team members
• Help homeowners understand timelines and insurance procedures
• Participate in weekly performance and skill development sessions Your confidence and income grow with each appointment. COMPENSATION AND GROWTH Earnings are performance-driven and transparent.
• Sales Representative: $6,000-12,000 per month
• Senior Producer: $9,000-18,000 per month
• Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
