We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Flooring Sales & Project Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee projects from bid through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial flooring, construction, or building products sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, designers, property managers, and end users.
• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals and bids.
• Recommend flooring solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate projects from sales through installation and completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Maintain ongoing customer support and account management.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and project updates in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally. Preferred
• Experience in commercial flooring, construction materials, or building products sales.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and bidding procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Previous project management experience within construction or flooring environments. Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
