Paver Installation Company is seeking an experienced Professional In-House Estimator/Salesperson. The Salesperson coordinates all customer proposals and estimate inquiries for customer and contractor job sites and successfully completes the project proposals on or before scheduled deadlines, as directed by Sales Director/ Sales Management.

Responsibilities

: Builds Proposals and Burden Sheets from Blueprint takeoffs provided. Be knowledgeable of all current paver products, manufacturers, patterns, shapes, etc. and be able to effectively relay this information to prospective and existing clients. Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to read and work off blueprints for measurement purposes. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Must be able to use common office equipment (computer, printer, office phone, etc). Must possess a current valid driver's license. Reasoning Ability - ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Work Schedule: Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm Salary: Base Salary Starting at $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually with negotiations based higher levels of experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
