Join the Jessica Carlos State Farm team as an Account Manager , where you'll grow the agency by maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting policy reviews, and converting leads through educationnot pressure.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support retention and growth
• Schedule and conduct policy reviews , explain coverage options, and recommend next steps
• Follow up with warm and cold leads using a consultative approach
• Handle and coordinate resolution of customer service needs and more complex issues
• Stay organized with CRM notes, outreach tasks, and follow-through
• Meet agency goals related to sales activity and customer outcomes

Requirements

(Simple & Clear)

• Must be licensed: General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO
• Must be able to engage clients in conversations and follow a structured sales/customer process
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to weekly activity goals
• Must have a long-term mindset and willingness to improve through coaching

Compensation

: $38,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commissions (uncapped) Location: San Antonio, TX (serving Texas) Flexible work from home options available.
