Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase community presence and service utilization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations through regular outreach and engagement
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase our home care solutions to potential clients and partners
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and partnership terms to secure new business opportunities
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and community needs to identify new growth opportunities
• Lead outside sales efforts by visiting prospective clients, attending community events, and representing the organization at industry conferences

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare services
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated success in account management and developing new business relationships
• Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical sales presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, scheduling meetings, and tracking outreach activities
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
• Analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback effectively
• Knowledge of the home care industry or healthcare environment is preferred but not required
