AG-Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Parts Sales Associate for our Rising Sun, MD location. This blended role supports both the Parts Department and the Shipping/Receiving functions. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits. Main Tasks /

Essential Duties

Parts Sales

Responsibilities

• Answer parts inquiry calls and greet visitors at the parts counter in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the proper parts using online or paper catalogs.
• Pick parts from inventory and properly pack customer orders.
• Complete all required online or paper documentation for billing, warranty, and closing parts orders.
• Maintain parts displays, refill bins, and ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Assist with parts inventory counts as directed by the manager.
• Support company displays at fairs and other events as assigned. OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stay current on AG-Industrial products, competitor offerings, and general industry trends.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the manager.
• Commit to ongoing individual learning and development.
• Know and follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed or requested by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to write legibly and use a computer for order entry and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on customer and seasonal needs.
• Prior experience in parts, warehousing, or shipping/receiving is a plus but not required. Job Type: Full-time
