: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (plus bonus/commission potential)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Vehicle Demonstrations: Engage customers in interactive product demonstrations, showcasing vehicle features and benefits.
• Phone Skills: Do you like to talk on the phone ? You will be required to call Customers and discuss options, and set appointments.
• Build Customer Relationships: Provide top-notch customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business through customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Source new leads via cold calling, online channels, walk-in traffic, and referrals, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Utilize Sales Software: Use our dedicated CRM system to track progress, manage customer accounts, and stay organized.
• Collaborate with Team: Participate in retail, outside, and technical sales efforts, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No Sales Experience Required We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success.
• Excellent Communication Skills Ability to connect with customers, Set Appointments, Build long term relationships, and Provide excellent customer experience.
• Customer Relationship Focus Proven ability (or strong desire) to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets, with the independence to manage your own leads.
• Valid Driver's License Necessary for offsite events and vehicle test drives.

• $10,000 guarantee ($3,333/month for first 3 months) contingent on selling 10 vehicles per month
