About the Position Action Exteriors Tulsa is looking for a confident, experienced roofing sales professional who can inspect roofs, communicate findings clearly, overcome objections, and close qualified opportunities. Our canvassing team generates appointments and gets us in front of homeowners. Your responsibility is to take ownership from the inspection forward. This means performing a thorough roof and exterior inspection, documenting potential storm damage, presenting your findings to the homeowner, explaining the restoration process, answering questions, and confidently asking for the business. We are not looking for someone who simply climbs the roof, takes photos, and leaves. We need a closer who can build trust, create urgency when appropriate, and move qualified homeowners toward the next step.

Responsibilities

• Run company-generated roofing inspection appointments
• Perform thorough roof and exterior inspections
• Identify and document potential storm-related damage
• Take clear photos and complete accurate inspection documentation
• Present inspection findings to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
• Explain the roofing and exterior restoration process
• Educate homeowners on appropriate next steps
• Help qualified homeowners initiate the insurance claim process when appropriate
• Address concerns and overcome homeowner objections
• Ask confidently for the signed agreement and opportunity to earn the business
• Follow up consistently with homeowners who are not ready to move forward
• Maintain accurate notes and communicate updates to the office
• Coordinate with canvassers, production staff, administrators, and company leadership
• Attend adjuster meetings when assigned
• Represent Action Exteriors professionally in the field
• Help coach and develop newer team members as the company grows What We Are Looking For
• Proven roofing, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales experience
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Experience inspecting residential roofing systems preferred
• Comfortable asking directly for the business
• Able to explain technical findings in a way homeowners can understand
• Confident communicating face-to-face with homeowners
• Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
• Consistent with follow-up and lead management
• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking residential roofs
• Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Roofing or storm restoration experience is strongly preferred. We may also consider proven high-ticket sales closers who are comfortable learning roofing inspections and the restoration process.

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $75,000 to $150,000+ This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The listed earnings range is an estimate and is not a guaranteed salary.

Compensation

is based on collected project revenue and individual sales performance. Actual earnings will depend on closing percentage, project volume, average project size, and collected revenue.
