Responsibilities

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
• Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive store layout
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
• Manage cash handling procedures with precision and accountability
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance
• Support inventory management through stocking, organizing, and inventory checks
• Engage in retail sales activities, including promoting promotions and new products
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations Experience
• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling better service for diverse customer bases
• Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers
• Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is desirable but not mandatory
