Full-Time Retail Sales Associate: Kearny Mesa, CA Are you looking for a flexible position in the retail beauty world? Would you love major holidays and all Sundays off? If so Bassett Salon Solutions is the place for you. Did we mention the employee purchase program? Since 2007 Bassett Salon Solutions has distributed to the beauty industry in the Western United States focusing on the Health and Wealth of the Hairdresser. Currently we are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Duties

: To be successful in this position you will be passionate about customer service, greeting and welcoming customers, driving sales goals, providing clients with product knowledge, operate cash register/POS system, maintain store standards for cleanliness and organization and be reliable.

Qualifications

and Skills Three months to one-year prior retail sales experience preferred. Be familiar with POS systems and have basic computer and math skills. Cosmetology or beauty experience a plus but not required. Physical requirements: frequent standing, walking, listening and talking. Lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
