SALES (car sales, telemarketing, furniture sales, etc.,) or CUSTOMER SERVICE (waitress/ waiter, bar tender, fast food, etc.) EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. NO PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE RELATED EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Sample Commission: $24 for a sold set of new tires, TPMS, and wheels PLUS hourly rate. NO DRAW AGINIST COMMISSION. About RNR Tire Express: RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels offered with convenient, affordable payment options designed to fit each customer's unique budget. Established in 2000, RNR has grown to over 200 locations in over 25 states. We are known for our payment plans for new tires. Our EZ payment plan includes free installation, rotation, and balance to make the tires last as long as possible, flat repair done with a patch instead of a plug, alignment checks, nitrogen fill to help fuel economy, and 12 months of roadside assistance (just like AAA). Also, while making payments, it includes road hazard coverage and alignment adjustments, which can cost up to $225 otherwise. No credit check is required as long as the customer provides a Driver's License that matches the vehicle registration, has a utility bill with their address and name, lives within 30 miles of the store at an IL address, and has a recent pay stub from a company in IL. Position Summary

: Our sales team members are highly motivated, goal-driven, and people-oriented. Our sister store's sales team members DID NOT have any prior tire and wheel experience and have thrived after a couple of months. These team members are able to build rapport quickly with customers and be persuasive if needed without being pushy. They are true sales professionals who have developed skills that will make them successful in a variety of non-automotive roles if they choose to leave the automotive industry. They are NOT store clerks. All technical information on tires and wheels is readily available at your fingertips, and you have several contacts who can support you. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who really wants to master the art of sales instead of being a clerk or is bi-lingual and wants to be coached to learn transferable sales skills, or someone who currently works in automotive but is looking to move into a role that does not involve directly working on vehicles. A Sales Representative (Sales Team Member) will be expected to fulfill sales goals while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. There is NO COMPETITION between team members. Instead, performance is gauged against past performance; it's about getting better every day. The Sales Team Member position is a full-time opportunity offering a positive and encouraging atmosphere, excellent pay as well and future growth potential since this is one of many stores the owner/operator plans to open in the next 10 years. There will be plenty of career opportunities as the number of stores grows, as you are getting in on the ground floor. We also offer PAID HOLIDAYS, no mandatory overtime, NO LATE EVENINGS, a paid day off for your birthday, WEEKLY PAY, and are CLOSED on Sundays. The store is open from 10 am to 6 pm M-F and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.

Compensation

The owner truly values your contributions and believes you should be rewarded accordingly. That's why the more value you bring to the team, the higher your compensation can go. So don't hold back; the sky's the limit! There is NO draw against commission in this role as there are in many other sales roles. You will receive a set hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses. All team members are paid WEEKLY.
