What You'll Do

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
• Learn prospecting, client communication, contract writing, negotiation, and marketing
• Follow up with provided leads and build ongoing client relationships
• Attend training sessions, mentorship meetings, and company events
• Show homes, host open houses, and actively participate in community/networking opportunities
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM

Qualifications

Required:

• Motivated, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain a real estate license (if you don't already have one)
• Active Real Estate License Preferred:
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality background
• Not afraid to be on the phones
• Familiarity with technology and CRM systems

Compensation

This position is 100% commission-based , with no income ceiling. The more you learn and produce, the more you earn. Many of our new agents make a sale in their first 6090 days. Why Join Us?
