Launch Your Career in Automotive Sales! We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate. Whether you're new to automotive sales or have previous sales experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct a thorough needs assessment, including desired vehicle make, model, features, and options.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and performance through showroom presentations and test drives.
• Research vehicle inventory and available options using dealership systems.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Managers to finalize pricing, financing, leasing, trade-ins, taxes, and licensing.
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicle's features and technology.
• Maintain strong communication with customers before, during, and after the sale to provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required we provide paid training.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
