SALES COMPENSATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Tiered hourly pay plan $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, plus commissions per booking. Average annual range $45K - $50K.
• Ask for the sale and book new reservations.
• Professionally assist customers making changes to existing reservations.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals as defined by Management.
• At times handle chat inquiries/bookings while simultaneously handling calls. SALES QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two handed typing with 35+ wpm with high score of accuracy.
• Prior experience in asking for the sale required, including collecting payment details.
• Must be available to work varied hours, shifts and days as required. BENEFITS:

• 401(k). CURRENT NEEDS: We are a 24/7 department, but currently overnight hours are not needed. Current shift times can start as early as 5am and as late as 1:30pm, and all times in-between. Typing test provided during interview process to determine ability to maneuver a keyboard efficiently. All qualified candidates will be required to take a drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) and are subject to a background check. Education and/or Experience High School or equivalent diploma required.
