• Training & development ABOUT OUR AGENCY Since opening the agency in 2019, we've built a small but dedicated team focused on providing exceptional service and helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent more than five years as a team member, which gave me firsthand experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this business. Outside of work, I'm a parent to three young children, ages 6, 4, and 2, so I understand the importance of balancing responsibilities while staying focused on long-term goals. Our office consists of two in-office team members and one remote team member, creating a close-knit and collaborative environment. We maintain a laid-back culture with clear systems and processes in place, but we also have high expectations when it comes to effort, accountability, and customer outreach. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
