You'll conduct roof and siding inspections for homeowners dealing with storm damage or planning exterior upgrades, then guide them through our proven sales process. Day-to-day includes following up on inbound leads, running in-home presentations, meeting with insurance adjusters, and generating additional pipeline through strategic outreach. What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in any sales capacity
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Natural trust-builder with polished communication skills
• Competitive drive balanced with coachability
• Detail-oriented approach to inspections, documentation, and paperwork
• Resilience to handle rejection and stay driven during slower periods
• Preferred: in-home sales, construction, insurance restoration, or high-ticket service experience What's In It For You
