Sales Director Assisted Living Community $25 $28/hour + commission (average $2,500$4,000/month in commission) Grossmont Gardens Senior Living | La Mesa, CA | Full-time Grossmont Gardens Senior Living is hiring an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Director to grow our community and help families find the right care for their loved ones. If you're a natural connector who thrives on building referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and senior service organizations this is a role where your network directly pays off, with real commission potential on top of a strong hourly base. What you'll do:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and senior service organizations
• Represent Grossmont Gardens at community events and local organizations
• Create and execute 30/60/90-day sales plans to drive occupancy
• Track referral sources, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team on quarterly marketing plans and budgets What you bring:
• Proven direct sales experience with measurable results
• Background in senior living, nursing home, or retirement industry preferred
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Computer literacy and reliable attendance Schedule: Full-time, some weekend work; local travel required for outreach events and community presentations. Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and walk/stand throughout the day; reasonable accommodations available. Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
