Position

Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser / Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads for our residential painting company. In this role, you'll introduce homeowners to our services, build rapport, and schedule free, no-obligation painting estimates for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods on foot.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate homeowners about our interior and exterior painting services.
• Schedule qualified appointments for free painting estimates.
• Record homeowner information accurately using our CRM or mobile app.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training.
• Report feedback from homeowners and neighborhood activity.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to assigned canvassing areas.
• Ability to walk several miles per day and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Smartphone for scheduling appointments and tracking activity.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredwe provide training. Preferred Skills

Requirements

• Walk 510 miles per day.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures.
