Wilsonville Subaru is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care Sales Team (BDC). Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be motivated by customer service, sales targets and commission. You need to sound awesome on the phone, have great product knowledge, follow company scripting and engage with customers via text messages and emails. The goal of this office based position is to generate showroom traffic for our sales floor by managing sales leads, connecting with customers via online chats, texts and phone calls to ensure customers receive the information and attention they need, before they visit our store. Our average representative earns between $15.75-$25 per hour, with our top producers earning upwards of $30 per hour monthly, including bonuses and commissions. Job Description

: Handle all internet and phone inquiries in a timely manner Scheduling sales appointments Exceed targeted goals Utilize lead management tools to manage sales or service inquiries Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize every sales opportunity

Qualifications

: Confident and professional phone manner Driven individuals with strong work ethic Excellent organization and follow up skills Bilingual a plus . Clean Driving License preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
