What You'll Do

:

• Identify, prospect, and secure high-value commercial accounts through outbound sales, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct consultative meetings with business owners and executives to assess risk and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Present and explain coverage options for general liability, property, commercial auto, professional liability, workers' comp, and other commercial lines.
• Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage options.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Leverage CRM/agency management systems to manage pipeline and track opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends, carrier products, and industry developments.

Qualifications

:

• 35+ years of commercial insurance sales experience with a proven record of exceeding production goals.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (required).
• Strong business network and referral connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to manage complex accounts and provide strategic risk management guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM/agency management systems.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
