Help patients get the care they need and be the voice that keeps healthcare easy. At MY DR NOW , we believe healthcare should be ridiculously easy. You'll make proactive calls to patients to help them book appointments, follow up on missed visits, and stay engaged in their care. As we expand into new markets, including clinic openings in Texas, this is an opportunity to join a growing team with strong performance-based earning potential and advancement opportunities. We are hiring 10 Outbound Call Center Representatives immediately - interviews this week.

What You'll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to patients
• Guide conversations and confidently lead patients to schedule appointments
• Overcome hesitation and objections with professionalism and empathy
• Meet and exceed biweekly scheduling quotas
• Accurately document calls and outcomes in system

Compensation

& Incentives

• Base pay: $20 $22/hour
• Biweekly scheduling bonuses (uncapped)
• The more appointments you schedule, the more you earn

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer service or phonebased work
• Fluent in Spanish and English (highly preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, patientfocused environment Hiring Process
