Job Summary

The Marketing & Business Development Liaison serves as the primary relationship builder and brand ambassador for skilled nursing facilities and affiliated healthcare staffing services throughout the Kansas City and Topeka markets. This position is responsible for driving census growth, increasing referral conversions, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing brand awareness in the markets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of post-acute care, skilled nursing operations, healthcare staffing, referral management, and healthcare sales. This individual will cultivate strategic relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospices, healthcare providers, and workforce partners while serving as a trusted resource within the healthcare continuum.

• Minimum 3 years healthcare sales, marketing, admissions, or business development experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout Kansas City and/or Topeka market daily a must.
• Overnight travel occasionally. Experience in one or more:
• Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care, Post-Acute Care Rehabilitation, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Staffing
• Strong understanding of: Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Referral management, Healthcare reimbursement and CRM experience.
• Preferred candidate would have existing relationships within territory hospitals and post-acute networks. Experience with healthcare staffing and sales a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Your career. Your choice. Welcome to the team. Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
