Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their shopping experience. Your ability to upsell products and maintain a positive store environment will contribute significantly to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide exceptional service.
• Understanding and working knowledge of cellular phones, watches, tablets etc.
• Customer service is priority.
• Sales of mobile devices like phones, tablets, watches, accessories etc.
• Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
• Apply retail math principles to assist customers with their purchases and provide accurate pricing information.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, promotions, and sales techniques to effectively upsell products.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service for diverse clientele.
• Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math skills to assist with transactions and inventory management.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
