Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial and residential remodels to new heights! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and multi tasking daily office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and leadership will ensure smooth project functioning from beginning to end with our customers and team members, creating a seamless project experience for all. Duties

• Schedule Jobs with customers and employees
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, to maximize revenue.
• Manage daily business office operations including phone calls, estimates and invoicing as well as customer payments through Quickbooks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to safety, and operational standards.
• Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate and obtain material pricing with specified vendors, and relay to team.
• Monitor sales performance metrics regularly and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed goals.
• Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and resolving escalated issues promptly to ensure customer project success. Experience
• Proven experience in an office setting or business or marketing degree
• Microsoft Office 365
• Quickbooks online a plus
• Previous experience maintaining social media sites a plus
