Forge Management is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support customer and business account enrollment throughout the Arizona area. In this role, you'll work directly with both residential customers and local businesses to introduce AT&T;'s wireless, fiber, and connectivity solutions. This is a position where you'll build relationships, answer questions, and help customers and business owners choose services that fit their day-to-day needs. We provide full training, so no prior experience is required. This role is a strong fit for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and interested in developing long-term skills in sales and business development. Every Entry Level Sales Associate must be prepared to:

• Engage with customers and businesses to understand their internet and mobile needs
• Present AT&T; wireless and fiber options in a clear, simple way
• Guide customers through the enrollment and installation process
• Stay up to date on current promotions and service bundles
• Work with a team to meet daily and weekly goals We expect each Entry Level Sales Associate to possess:
• High school diploma; Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Gain:
