• Salary Range:
• $75,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build and strengthen relationships with property managers and commercial clients
• Conduct outreach using various platforms and personal networks
• Meet clients onsite and conduct property walkthroughs
• Prepare estimates and present proposals
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Maintain relationships for accounts won and drive growth in the commercial market
• Coordinate with leadership on pricing and reviews

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Experience using CRM software
• Experience in landscape/property management preferred
• Commercial property management, and proposal and estimating experience is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling commercial services preferred
