Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Personal and Commercial Insurance products
• Follow up with new leads and existing clients
• Review customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure the best options for clients
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, and customer service requests

• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Active California Property & Casualty License preferred but not required
• Candidates willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License will also be considered
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related sectors.
• Excellent negotiation abilities to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for serving diverse communities.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration practices.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance products actively.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering personalized support.
