Job Summary

We have been in the Charleston area for over 30 years and have grown to service well over 9,000 customers. We aim to work with companies, organizations, and individuals to create marketing and branded ideas. We are a one-stop shop for all things branded! Our clientele includes everything from schools, restaurants, breweries, contractors, corporate offices, and more! We are looking for an addition to our inside sales team to assist our customers with their custom apparel and promotional product needs. Ideally this candidate would start as soon as possible. In addition to base salary, this role receives a monthly commission compensation. What is the role? More than a basic sales job! You will be responsible for each account and helping them meet current and future needs. No cold calling is needed! We have several ways new clients reach out to us: online, by phone, or in person. This role would begin with several already established client accounts which will be transferred to you upon completion of training. Go beyond the sale! Our sales team works hard to establish a working relationship with our clients to help anticipate their needs and ensure repeat orders. Our sales team is a part of the process from start to finish to make sure our clients receive exactly what they need when they need it! Be a part of the community! What do we need from you?

• Organization and multitasking are key in maintaining numerous accounts with varying orders.
• Comfortable working with clients on the phone or in person
• Working and communicating efficiently is paramount to ensure orders are filled accurately and on time.
• Enjoying working with people is a must! This position involves a lot of communication with clients with varying levels of need.
• Comfortability working in an office setting and fulfilling basic administrative duties.
• Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service position. What can you expect from us?

• Salary starts at $36,000 depending on previous experience. In addition to this base salary, this role receives a monthly commission compensation.
• Working hours are Monday Friday 8:45 am-5 pm (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
