About the Opportunity LTC Rentals is seeking a highperforming Account Manager with a proven track record in the West Palm Beach construction equipment rental market. We are looking for someone who is currently generating at least $150,000 per month in rental revenue from a personal book of business they prospected and developed themselves. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Provide equipment recommendations and tailored rental solutions
• Manage accounts and ensure followthrough on customer needs
• Represent LTC Rentals with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements: Required
• Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience in constructionrelated equipment rental within the West Palm Beach market
• Must provide proof of $150,000+ in monthly equipment rental revenue (average over the last 12 months) from a personally developed book of business
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Selfmotivated, competitive, and goaldriven
• Valid driver's license Preferred
