• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
• Present and demonstrate technology solutions effectively, ensuring clients understand the value proposition
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and offering suitable products or services
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach campaigns that drive lead generation
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing within a technology or technical sales environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
