Overview

Denver Patio Masters is seeking highly motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team in the Denver Metro, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs markets. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners to identify their needs for outdoor living spacesthink patios, pergolas, retaining walls, turf, and more. With high-ticket projects, high commission rates, and pre-set appointments provided , your focus is simple: show up, close the sale, and earn big.

Duties

• Attend pre-qualified, company-provided in-home sales appointments with potential customers.
• Listen, assess, and identify customer needs to design the ideal outdoor living solution.
• Educate homeowners on project options, materials, and design features.
• Present customized project estimates and close the sale in a one-call close environment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity via our CRM system.
• This is a W-2 Position Skills
• Proven track record in in-home sales or high-ticket closing roles (construction/home improvement sales preferred).
• Strong presentation and skillsconfidence is key in a consultative, face-to-face setting.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and guide homeowners through big-ticket decisions.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Prior experience with CRMs and pipeline tracking a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to appointments in your territory (Denver Metro or Colorado Springs). Why Join Denver Patio Masters?
