Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GOLF CART SALES MANAGER to lead our sales team and drive growth within the golf cart market. In this energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster strong relationships with clients and dealership partners. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B sales will be essential to expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for golf carts and related products.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and increase dealership partnerships.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to optimize stock levels and maximize profitability.
• Upsell additional products or services to existing customers by identifying their needs through excellent customer service skills.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive or passenger car sales
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B negotiations, deal closing, and managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Previous sales management experience with a focus on retail or dealership environments.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, retail math, and CRM systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette, and persuasive negotiation techniques.
• Experience with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation is essential.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards, dealership operations, inventory management tools, and marketing practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high energy levels.
