About Cedar Gold Group Cedar Gold Group is a Miami-based precious metals dealer specializing in physical gold and silver, including precious metals IRAs. We hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and operate a structured, compliance-first sales floor. The Role You will be the first point of contact for inbound prospects. Junior Account Executives qualify leads, educate prospects on our products and process, and transfer qualified accounts to senior team members. This is a phone-based inside sales role at our Miami office. This is not a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads
• Qualify prospects and set transfers for senior Account Executives
• Follow our communication framework and compliance procedures on every call
• Accurately log all activity in our CRM
• Complete our structured training and certification program
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing rules, including Do Not Call and call-time restrictions
• Escalate customer questions about pricing, performance, or suitability per company policy What This Role Is Not Junior Account Executives do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and do not make representations about future prices or returns. Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making high volumes of phone calls
• Reliable, coachable, and able to work within a structured framework and process
