What You'll Do

as a Salesperson here at Oxmoor Ford:

• Engage customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect Ford vehicle.
• Showcase Ford's lineup, highlighting our commitment to American manufacturing and quality.
• Build lasting relationships to drive sales and create loyal Ford fans.
• Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed sales goals during our busiest summer season. What We're Looking for at Oxmoor Ford:
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a knack for connecting with people.
• Sales experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidates.
• Passion for the automotive industry and pride in Ford's American-made legacy.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to succeed.
• Some Weekends and Holidays are required. Training:
