Who we are looking for: Realtors, Mortgage brokers other sales professionals, are you looking for the opportunity to work with high net worth individuals and families? De Novo Insurance is a rapidly growing independent insurance agency and we need you to help us grow and develop our Private Client Personal Insurance division. We are not an agency that blindly churns out quotes, rather, we take a thoughtful, risk-advisory role in presenting proposals to all prospective clients with the goal of developing long-term relationships with those clients. We understand that no one likes dealing with insurance, but we all need it, so we do our very best to provide valuable protection in a personable manner and with a customized process whereby we educate the public regarding their risks and how to best protect themselves, using insurance or non- insurance means. Our clients are not premiums; they are people who ultimately are in charge of their insurance buying decisions.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-years' sales experience in any industry; insurance sales experience a +
• Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, willingness to grow position
• Heart of a student & a teacher
• High ethical standards
• Sales & growth-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathetic nature
• Positive attitude
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Patience and ability to deal with clients in difficult situations

Responsibilities

:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Establish and retain clientele in order to grow your sales territory
• Ability to network and develop leads
• Meet with prospective clients
• Meet with existing clients to perform annual reviews, as needed
• Must conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting and through social media efforts
• Conduct sales presentation with the intent of selling an insurance product
• Solicit referrals from clients
• Gather relevant information for quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. This is required for growth
• Other duties as required by management
• Attend and represent the agency at various events throughout the year
• Generate 5-star reviews
• Assist with developing social media presence, email campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
