Position Summary

The Inside Sales & Rental Representative is responsible for supporting the growth and profitability of Bobcat Plus through equipment rentals, inside equipment sales, customer relationship management, and business development. This position serves as the primary contact for customers seeking rental solutions, GME equipment purchases, attachments, financing options, and product support.

Essential Functions

Rental Operations:

• Manage rental inquiries and recommend equipment solutions.
• Prepare rental quotations, contracts, and purchase option proposals.
• Coordinate equipment availability, deliveries, and pickups.
• Monitor rental fleet utilization and promote rental-to-purchase conversions. Inside Equipment Sales:
• Respond to equipment sales inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, financing proposals, and purchase agreements.
• Sell all product lines represented by Bobcat Plus.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow up on opportunities. Territory Sales

Responsibilities

:

• Develop sales opportunities in open or vacant territories.
• Prospect new customers and conduct demonstrations.
• Build relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and agricultural and industrial customers.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate sales agreements. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain customer records and CRM activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly. Administrative

Responsibilities

:

• Process rental and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory information.
• Support reporting and dealership administrative functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in equipment sales, rental operations, customer service, or business development preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to inspect equipment outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required. (CDL beneficial but not required) Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
