Our restoration and commercial services division is a core and expanding part of our business, supporting property managers, commercial facilities, and insurance-related clients throughout South Florida. Role

Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our restoration and commercial division. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on developing long- term partnerships and expanding our presence within key verticals including property management, commercial facilities, and insurance networks.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with:

• Property managers and HOAs
• Commercial facilities and building engineers
• Insurance professionals, adjusters, and referral partners
• Identify and develop opportunities in water, fire, and mold remediation and related services
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of commercial and restoration work
• Prepare and present proposals, response plans, and service offerings
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely response, accurate estimating, and high-quality execution
• Represent the company in the field through meetings, site visits, and industry events

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably within Restoration (water/fire/mold) or Construction, facility services, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
• Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade What We Offer
