Full description of the position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports daily business operations by coordinating processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Coordination with sales reps attending trade shows
• Ordering trade show booth materials (electric, carpet, badges, or any special requirements needed for booth).
• Coordination with sales reps to determine what equipment and give aways that will be used for show.
• Manage memberships and new memberships and sponsorships.
• Provide artwork for ads or logos, as well as giveaways, if needed.
• Communication with sales reps as to assignments, special instructions, schedules, course training, etc.

Requirements

:

• 25 years of experience in operations, administration, business support, marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with business systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $25.00 per hour Education:
• Associate (Preferred) Experience:
• Data entry - Excel: 3 years (Required)
• Workday: 1 year (Preferred)
• Expense reporting: 1 year (Preferred)
