Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet every customer promptly and professionally upon entering the showroom
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and product knowledge
• Explain vehicle features, performance, benefits, and available options
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
• Work closely with Sales Management to achieve individual and team goals
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and professionally handle inbound inquiries
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Qualifications

:

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience not required
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance
