We are seeking several organized self-motivated individuals for Sr. Level Sales/ Business development position to join our fast-growing team. Job

Responsibilities

In this sales and business development role, you will build relationships with large retail stores and achieve the sales goal.

• Build customer relationships at the buyer and sr. buyer level.
• Generate and deliver Sales with large retail stores.
• Executes consumer and shopper driven strategies for their customers.
• Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits.
• Develop and execute Customer & Category Strategic Development and annual operating plan.
• Works with CDO to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy Monitors the competitors' brands and products as well as our market share, competitor market share, and target market share to understand shopper trends and opportunities and communicating to appropriate sales, trade and brand management
• Identify and communicate the Value to each specific prospect
• Self-directed and driven to succeed
• Attending trade shows domestic or international; interacting with potential clients, demonstrating our company capabilities and generating new leads. Qualification:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• 5+ years sales and/or business development experience with Large retail chain stores such as TJX, Target, Walmart, Aldi, Dollar General, Primark, Anthropologie, H&M;, ZARA etc.
• Proven experience with a minimum $5M book of business
• Solid organizational skills and interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
• Knowledge of graphic design is a plus
