Qualified candidates in this role will be responsible for selling parts to existing customers and generating additional business at those customers. As well as developing new customer opportunities for Parts sales through leads, cold calls, referrals etc., and driving a company-supplied vehicle to and from Customer facilities and service vans.

Responsibilities

:

• Maintains and grows parts consignments at customer sites
• Make Sales calls to current and potential customers
• Bring in and develop new parts customers through referrals, cold calls, leads etc.
• Communicates with customers and technicians on site, over the telephone, electronically and at their location regarding parts needs, inventories, technical inquiries, concerns, etc.
• Compares descriptions,, stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, parts lists and similar references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders.
• Maintain company supplied vehicle according to company rules and state and federal regulations.
• Prepare appropriate call logs, quote logs and any other required documentation to track/analyze parts sales activities.

Qualifications

:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Prior experience in the parts industry
• Valid drivers license
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Job Type: Full-time
