Full description of the position

LifeSource Water Systems, the fastest growing residential water treatment company in the US, is seeking highly motivated Phone Sales Representatives to work from home and join our elite, high-performing team. What will you earn:

• Our CDR's are expected to earn a minimum of $100,000 per year through salary, weekly commissions, and monthly incentives.
• Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs.
• Top Producers earn over $200k. What will you do :
• Build Client Relations - our top priority.
• Reselling replacement Systems to pre-existing customer base.
• Develop Referral Network.
• Utilize a proprietary CRM.
• Follow LifeSource sales process.
• Maintain regular communication with management.
• Work from home. What we will do:
• Provide access to a large customer database for prospecting.
• Advertise extensively: TV, radio, web, email. What we are looking for:
• Phone sales experience.
• A positive attitude, with a high level of confidence.
• A minimum of 4 years inside sales experience.
• A team player who appreciates a positive culture.
