Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services. Territory: Palm Beach Broward Dade Counties: Full-Time | Monday Friday.

Compensation

: $60,000 $75,000 + 1st Year (Base + Uncapped Commission). Perks: Car Allowance + Gas Card.

What You'll Do

:

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, social media, and territory development.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and identify scope of work.
• Develop and present professional service proposals.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to service start.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Upsell additional services to maximize client value and your earnings.
• Follow up consistently and professionally to win and retain business.
• Partner with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• What Success Looks Like:
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Respond to 95%+ of leads within 24 hours.
• Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver a high level of service with zero repeat escalations.
• Develop long-term client relationships that generate recurring revenue.
• What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a Hunters and Farmers mentality.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous outside sales or commission-based experience.
• Three (3) years' experiences in B2B commercial service industries.
