Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through personalized interactions to promote Verizon telecommunications products, assess customer needs, and deliver informative presentations and product demonstrations that support purchasing decisions
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a consistent, results-oriented approach
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing sales opportunities, customer retention, and proficient account management
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions while accurately tracking sales activities
• Track performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement of all accounts
• Support team success by participating in meetings and training sessions, enhancing sales capabilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in sales is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively
