Full description of the position

We're seeking a self-motivated Electrical Sales Representative to generate, quote, and close residential and commercial electrical jobs. This is a commission-based role built for a closer who wants their income tied directly to their performance. You'll work company-provided leads and develop your own pipeline, backed by a licensed team of technicians who deliver the work you sell.

What You'll Do

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess electrical needs and present tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for projects such as panel upgrades, EV chargers, panels, Powerwall/SPAN installs, and commercial build-outs
• Convert company-generated leads into signed jobs while building your own referral network
• Develop relationships with realtors, property managers, general contractors, and commercial property owners
• Follow up consistently to move quotes to close
• Manage your pipeline and job handoffs through our software
• Represent Xlectrical professionally and uphold our reputation for quality and reliability What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience, ideally in electrical, HVAC, solar, roofing, or another home-services or construction trade
• Strong ability to build rapport, present value, and close
• Self-starter who thrives on commission and manages their own time and pipeline
• Comfortable reading estimates and explaining technical work in plain terms to homeowners and business owners
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Electrical or trade knowledge is a strong plus but not required we'll support you on the technical side
