Self Storage company seeks self-motivated, energetic full time Store Manager for 5 days a week in our South Kona facility. Store manager must have excellent phone sales and customer service skills with ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail , a very strong work ethic and enjoys working with others. General computer skills a must! Former work experience is necessary; retail, property management or restaurant service experience works well. General office skills are preferred; however good communication and the desire to help people are a must! Simply put; we are looking for the Aloha Spirit! Schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday which may include some holidays and possible overtime if necessary .The hours of operation are daytime only- there will be no evening hours.

Responsibilities

and duties include: stores sales, customer service, collections, safety, security and general light maintenance of the facility; be responsible for achieving income and occupancy goals through marketing and promotions; provide outstanding customer service which includes resolving customer issues; professionally handle telephone and walk in inquiries; visually inspect the property and respond to situations, effectively communicate with management and staff; collect on past due payments and assist in auction preparation. Timely communication and reporting with the corporate team is necessary to be a successful site manager and a part of the growth of Legacy Storage Management.
