We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented person who understands the wants and needs of our automotive customers. The primary goal of Sales BDC Representative is to increase showroom traffic and ensure that customers are receiving an elevated level of customer service. You will work with sales leads generated through our online marketing campaigns and dealer web sites and generate appointments for prospects to visit our dealership. Responsibilities

of this full time position include ( but are not limited to) the following:

• Inbound Sales Calls
• Internet Leads
• Outbound phone calls to current and future prospects- No cold calls
• Equity Mining and Service Campaigns Qualified candidates :
• Are friendly and courteous
• Have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Are self motivated
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must meet performance goals
• Are experienced with various computer software programs/Microsoft applications
• Must be Internet Savvy
